credit card information is not stored nor do we give your
email address out for any reason. Customer service is available
between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Policy
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders
received before 4 pm EST can be shipped same day. Most
shipments arrive in the 2-3 day time schedule set by the
USPS.
Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included with all USA shipments.
You should track your package if not received in 3 business days at www.USPS.com . If your package has been scanned delivered, but you did not receive it, contact us and your Postmaster immediately.
Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss, other than damage claims, after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered and if you feel that your package should be signed for, contact us first.
Refund Policy & Guarantee
We stand behind Flexicose 100%. After
giving Flexicose a fair period of time (up to 60 days)
to work, if you do not notice a positive improvement
in your joint discomfort, simply send us whatever you
have left (even if it's just an empty bottle) for a
complete refund less our actual shipping costs to you. We offer the same assurances for pets
as well. If you do not notice a positive improvement
in your pet's discomfort in the first bottle, just
send it back for a refund. Refund applies
to first bottle only. We suggest if you are a first time buyer and are uncertain of the typical results experienced by Flexicose users, buy one bottle to start. Buyer responsible for
